1 hour online session with an Academic Support Tutor guided by your individual needs. Sessions take place through Google Meets video call at a time suitable for you.

Our tutorials are flexible. You are welcome to bring specific questions to the sessions, or we can take lead if you’re unsure what kind of help you need. All we ask is for you to send us your assignment brief, marking criteria, and any work so far before the session, so we can be prepared.

These tutorials are a great way discuss any concerns or confusions you might be having, to generate ideas if you’re feeling stuck, to consolidate a structure or plan, or to talk through your writing if you prefer to receive verbal feedback.

Ideal for a one-off session, getting started, help with chapter or smaller essay.

Written feedback and proofreading by an Academic Support Tutor (no video call required).

Send us your work as a Word Document alongside your assignment brief and marking criteria, and we'll provide you with close, line-by-line proofreading and critical feedback which assesses for strength of criticality and argument, level of analysis and synthesis, use of academic English, grammar and flow.

Our feedback is critical by nature and we focus on identifying where and how to improve your writing. Feedback is provided through comments added to the document. Proofreading is made directly to the work using a colour-coding system so you can see our suggestions clearly. Whilst we don’t provide grade predictions, all of our feedback is given with aiming for a ‘First Class’ mark in mind.

This service is perfect if you’ve got a completed draft or section of an assignment, and are seeking feedback for improvement.

Please note: we do not write for students. Our feedback is to advise and suggest where and how to make improvements. We are not able to implement improvements for you.

Tutorials and feedback are tailored to your individual dissertation topic, stage of progress, and level of confidence.

We recommend dividing the hours across the different chapters of your dissertation, using a combination of tutorials and written feedback. However, this is completely up to you. We are able to provide guidance if you are unsure.

Our packages come in blocks of 5, 7, or 10 hours, perfect for those seeking longer-term support.
